•Manage and comply business-defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Result Areas (KRAs). •Manage and comply with own roles actions as per agreed set target.•Identify Equipment strategy work and ad hoc work scope on SAP and through site walkdowns.•Developing detailed schedules and plans for scheduled and unscheduled outages. •Arrange and coordinate spares, material, machines, manpower and other services timely prior to the execution and allocated them efficiently in the execution.•Identify and coordinate critical path schedule and other planned activities during execution.•Keep the planning lead, shutdown managers and the team informed on planning progress and communicate potential risks, delays, and overall program status from initiation until closer stages. •Adhere to the work management process, work instruction through-out stages from initiation until closer.•Manage own SAP order backlog and health checks (inaction notifications, outstanding job cost estimate, overdue purchased orders, overdue workorders)•Participate in post-outage debriefings and execute necessary corrective actions.
