In this capacity at the HQ, I control and oversee financial administrations & Finance teams in Lebanon, Syria, Mozambique, Ethiopia, Egypt, South Sudan, and Romania. I do quality reviews and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to the regional office and country offices. I conduct comprehensive reviews of country office financial reports to include performance analysis in the areas of the balance sheet, income statement, cash, project grants, and contracts. I lead the modeling, planning, and execution of all financial processing regarding rapid responses. I monitor actual monthly expenditures comparing them with budgets to monitor and record any budget deviations. Iraq (Middle East)

In this role, I ensured a high-quality program design, project proposals, and project implementation. I generated monthly and yearly budget reports. I provided leadership for the logistical, financial, HRM, and administrative management of the projects implemented by Dorcas and local partners. I forecasted expenses to ensure the sending of correct figures to the International Directors for budget approvals. I held monthly meetings with the Program team and the Country Director to explain the progress of the budget reports. I supervised the completion of financial paperwork and tracking reports. I prepared ToR’s for external audits, sent out invitations to preferred audit firms through preliminary selection before forwarding the best three to the Global CFO for his final approval. I assisted external auditors by preparing and presenting the required documents in a timely manner. Zimbabwe. (Southern Africa)

In this capacity, I managed a broad range of finance, tax, and administration operations in compliance with government regulations. I constantly met the budget goal. I negotiated contracts with new employees and prepared the contracts. I built and maintained an effective budget monitoring system.
