Responsibilities:  Interacting and understanding customers profile and their needs. Focus on the analysis and satisfaction of customers’ financial needs and objectives. Understanding of all Consumer Banking products. To meet the cross-sales & revenue targets by promoting Consumer Banking products through a proactive, professional and compliant sales approach and increase the PE of his/hers portfolio. Maintain and improve upon the service delivery of the Portfolio customers Adhere to Key deliverables with focus on o ER from the portfolioo Footings growth of the portfolioo Complaint Resolutiono Customer Satisfaction Indexo Adherence to Quality Benchmark o Mandatory Audit RequirementsCustomer Relationship Building : Ensure complaint resolution in agreed TAT. Ensure minimum 80% of the VOC score is achieved. Provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention. Manage the portfolio to de-risk against attrition and achieve stability of Portfolio. Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of the profile, demographics & psychographics and assets in the Bank and in other places. Serve as the one-point contact to the Portfolio customers.

Responsibilities:  Managed Direct sales team & DSAs for Personal loan sales upto 10 Lakhs for Chennai region. Handled a team of 40 executives(incl 2 Business managers) in Chennai for promoting Barclays Personal loans Handled all types of Personal loans – Small , MID & High ticket Giving Product training to team members Assigning sales targets among team members  Weekly review of their Sales performace Ensuring Productivity level among executives &monitoring cost control measures Responsible for achieving Location Target in terms of Business volume Periodic audit/reviews of DSA shops and documentation Hires DSAs with the right talent to form team to achieve business targets.
