Managing DevOps team with 8-10 members: Checking/verified reports, stand the role as escalation if any urgent and the team couldn't handle.Manage capacity hours of the team: sorting management, coordinating tickets/tasks suitable for teammates.Advising and work on Azure DevOps (ADO) Process as Agile (& Scrum) model: familiar with Azure processes, modify/design fields, states, rules in every WIs (ticket) in the process.Administer AAD users/groups as well as ADO users/teams/permission groups: Ability to set up, privilege user into specific groups to divide separated one for several purposes such as managing Azure Pipeline, Azure repos, and Azure Boards, also create Area and Iteration for each teams.Host daily Meeting with Canadian clients to update work progress.

Often working with Azure portal/infrastructure such as Azure Service Environment (for Isolated), Azure Server Plan (for scaling), App Service, Function App, Application Insight (for monitoring, tracing), Redis, Keyvault (for storing secrets), Service Bus, and Storage Account (storing data).Manage infrastructure and resources through Azure Resource Manager (ARM) - using ARM template.Protect web app and function app behind Application Gateway.Have knowledge about scaling system depends on the purpose of client using.Know about Disaster Recovery (DR) method.Know how to access web app & function app using Kudu advance tool (Source control management) to tracing and modify app if necessary.Understanding about AAD - App registrations (for app and function app communicate with each others, also giving API permissions), using manifest to privilege users into specific roles (admin - owner), AAD - Enterprise applications - using roles created above to provide for users.Design & perform CI/CD for the project with Azure DevOps Pipeline including Pipeline (CI), Release (CD), Task group (for Automation step), Azure Repos (SVC) and Library (for Variables).Good knowledge about Azure Repos: create polices for each repos and branches depending on different purposes, make sure users have to clone and commit back to the main branch.Have knowledge about how to define and create Task Group.Have knowledge about ADO Pipeline: setup and define step, variables, agent pools and anything related.Familiar with ADO Release: setup several environments (DEV to PROD), control and manage related Task Group, Library, Artifact and versions.Modify Library for more secure: Update Library through out JSON file using Azure Release to limit users to modify them directly.Review and support for Automation test and Performance test.
