I joined this company during their global scale up and responsible for Human Resources Operation, making sure that it adapted to the business requirement.- Handle HQ onboarding & offboarding, labor contract and payment for employee in all the countries that we presented. I had worked/corporated with many PEO, EOR providers such as Deel, Remote.io, Multiplier to support our employee in Philippin, Indonesia, Canada, Singapore etc...- Build the compensate and benefits policies which applied to different type of working, globally.- Collaborated with IT system developers to create, implement, and validate new tools and systems.- Partnered and worked cross functionally with legal/compliance to identify problems within the policy and recommend changes as needed.- Submitted all company government reports (PIT tax in Vietnam, Singapore; Visa & Work Permit, S-Pass; Employment registration etc)

I responded for recruiting IT engineers (product, developers, data engineers, ui/ux, growth & marketing) to build this product. Besides that, I had to rearrange all the previous documents and corrected them following the requirement of the labor law and Personal Income Tax law then reported/cleared with the authority.This was a tech start-up company and I had chance to involve in a real tech product development environment. Foodpanda is an food online delivery service, an e-commerce platform in Rocket Internet SE ecosystem (which found lazada, zalora, camudi etc...). It operated business in Vietnam 2012 and being acquired by Vietnammm in 2015.I responded to manage human resources function during its organizational restructure for scale up. Firstly, I had successfully recruited more than 70 employees within 5 months at all levels (interns to C-level) for operation, sales & marketing, back-office function, both local employee and expat. Secondly, designed the compensate and reward policies (KPI & bonus schemes) to maintain a transparent & consistent rules. Thirdly, handled all the working culture, employment crisis/issues, making sure that since then we did have a healthy working environment and aligned to HQ's standard (globally).Team size: 2 member (including me)
