Oversee total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Include interfacing with client representatives, inspectors, subcontractors, security, etc. Coordinate assigned work with contractors, Maintain liaison with estimating and planning to ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, and schedule. Assist in resolving construction problems (lack of productivity, work interfaces, etc.) as required. Conduct the implementation and interpretation of safety programs. Monitor craft compliance with project safety program requirements; document and ensure corrective measures are implemented. Ensure all onsite personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules, etc. Document all violations, notify project management, recommend and implement corrective actions as required. Maintain liaison with other departments (i.e., Material Control, Purchasing, Quality Control, Engineering) to ensure all required data, materials, equipment, inspections, etc., support craft activities and project schedule. Maintain official project log and documentation files. Assist project management in developing and implementing project procedures, working documents, standards, etc.

Performing nationally in a setting where eight to twelve week assignments of project management, coordination of scopes, and inspections in a tenant finish out atmosphere for franchise owners of Jimmy Johns restaurants.

Employed in the Millwork Dept. Performed duties as a specialist overseeing order Mgmt., tracking special orders, and building relations with customers in an effort to achieve customer dedication. Maintain a 75% close ratio on sales and to supply contacts to PSE on a weekly basis.

Establish proper site elevations and pad compaction. Oversaw and scheduled fire, water dept., local energy provider, and gas to bring utilities to site. Intercede with local dirt and gravel vendor, pump truck operators and concrete supplier. Direct the activity of pile drivers. Estimated and supervised steel takeoff for concrete slab and parking lot as well as the framing package. Establish rapport with parish inspectors.

Contributed to the opening of our Hampton Inn project in Lubbock Texas. My next assignment was to launch our Hampton Inn & Suites project in Alpine Texas from ground up. Duties included but were not limited to document control including preparation, timely submission of field directives and daily activity logs. Accurately scheduling materials, equipment, and subs. Conducting and documenting safety meetings, co-ordinate with subs and city officials to eliminate down time and resolve conflict. Manage project development from programming through completion in accordance with program objectives as defined.

Duties included receiving all materials, check and correct all invoices. Maintain all open purchase orders and special order files and the tracking of them. Solely responsible for resurrecting and refining the RMA's in the credit dept. bringing in an additional $5000 to $10,000 per week.

Responsible for supporting the outside sales force and communications with builders. Keyed all data entry to build door components and trim packages. Working with our production team and builders to schedule delivery dates. One of only two teammates responsible for handling all production accounts.

Duties included but were not limited to the supervision of 9 projects and one trainee. All of these projects were million dollar plus projects. Coordinated daily activities, measured production against flow chart, interview trades and reviewed insurance requirements. Provide constant support and lines of communication between client and sub contractors.
