I am the owner of a State Farm Insurance Agency in Papillion, NE. I help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. Helping people with these matters is important to my team and I. I take seriously the service and advice given to my clients. This endeavor is not something that comes easy. It takes diligence, perseverance and a focus on others.I rely on a high performance team to duplicate this help to our customers. It’s not an 800 number. We focus, train, learn and work as a group. However, most important in all of this is a focus on knowing our customers individually through daily transactional contact as well as in-depth appointments with all clients. My role in this is managing my team, meeting with clients individually, and 1 million other tasks followed by taking out the trash!
