Provide Financial Advisors of the Private Client Group of Wells Fargo Advisors the ability to offer a holistic advisory relationship to their clients by integrating the lending function. Responsible for developing the loan package recommendation including complex financial analysis, credit underwriting and the approval process from Sr. Credit Administration, as well as, manage all aspects of credit relationships for clients. Assist the Financial advisor in Wealth Management and Estate Planning. Originate Securities Backed Lending and Home Equity Loans and Lines of Credit by working well with Wealth market clients in meeting their credit needs as that fits into their overall financial objectives. Has a good understanding of the high touch, financially complex customer. Incumbents are well versed in commercial, consumer and advisory credit and have the ability to deliver complex credit solutions to clients, in addition to having a strong knowledge of traditional bank product and services. Also responsible for providing detailed and consistent tracking and updating of a large portfolio of active credit deals. This SAFE position has customer contact and job duties which may include the offering/negotiating of terms and/or taking an application for a dwelling secured transaction. As such, this position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations.
