Provides inputs and drafts submissions for group Program Objective Memorandum (POM) contributing to Planning, Programming, Budget and Execution (PPBE) cycle. Acted as AF Airborne SIGINT SME to Director, National Security Agency (NSA). Liaised between regional SMEs and AF tactical collectors ensuring proper reporting and national data-base accesses. Procured authorities for AF SIGINT units to utilize next-gen communications collection equipment and exploitation devices. Managed entire AF SIGINT exercise program; reviewed S-CONOPS and other NSA required documentation for CONUS SIGINT exercises.
