I design, produce, and deliver standards-based instruction to high school students in social studies, drama, and social sciences. I am the class advisor for the Class of 2022 - planning, facilitating, and managing fundraising and activities for the sophomore class. I am also the Drama Club advisor, helping them to plan and produce shows for the community. I prioritize positive relationship building with students, staff, and families to produce the best learning environment that I can.

Manage and maintain HIPAA Compliant medical records. Organize continuing medical education records and materials for the office. Update and maintain business, license, and tax records. Troubleshoot technical issues with office equipment and computers. Prepare billing materials for client and insurance needs.

Provide functional oriented technical consulting, training, and support. Deliver computer training/mentoring, set-up, fix-it, troubleshooting, security consultation and implementation, malware and virus removal to the home or office.

As part of the Masters of Arts: Teaching program, I served an internship as a student teacher in 6th grade Language Arts. It was a program of increasing responsibility that resulted in teaching full time for several weeks. Along the way, I planned, delivered, and evaluated learning to 6th grade learners of varying backgrounds and ability. I also be completed my edTPA tasks during this period.

Develop interviews focused on gathering oral story-telling among McKenzie River fishing guides. Find and interview participants for the storytelling project. Transcribe interviews for coding. Attend McKenzie fishing guide events, photograph and perform informal interviews.

Taught classes, assessed students while in process of obtaining Master’s Degree in Anthropology at OSU. Researched, recommended, reviewed articles. Created bibliographies, formatted, and edited articles and papers. Graded assignments, developed course work, configured and maintained course through Blackboard. Instructed and assessed student success.Dam Database implementation: Built Access and Drupal databases on impacts of dams in a global setting. Developed research topic and plan for two research projects involving a mixed-methods approach of quantitative and qualitative methods. Implemented pilot studies on both plans. Interviewed participants while maintaining IRB oversight and requirement for ethical human study research. Coded interviews and notes for qualitative analysis. Carried out applied focused research on river fishing guides and successfully defended a thesis on my conclusions.

Trained new hires, developed new hire curriculum to include practical experience embedded within the training period. Mentored and coached less experienced team members. Analyzed and resolved break/fix scenarios, maintained secure computing environments, consulted and explained technical features, explained implementation, and policy guidelines, maintained and improved customer satisfaction. Maintained quality records through CRM packages including Seibel and Salesforce.com.Built durable relationships to improve support outcomes, documented solutions and issues, and guided clients through product fix and improvement situations. Consistently acquired new technical skills through self-study and training, keeping abreast of the quickly changing world of technology.

Pioneered customer support databases for online access. Piloted certification testing, trained customers and new employees on solutions and technologies, implemented test installs to prove applicability, presented material at conferences and seminars, documented contacts and actions taken through CRM software, continually built technical and service skills through self-study and trainings. Established new relationships with customers and worked to provide best-in-industry service and support to maintain and build on existing relationships.
