Developed our teams towards empowerment and Reinforce trust and transparency. Met with Supervisors and Product Specialists on a weekly basis. These meetings included standard pass down of information and exchanges of ideas for strategies within the Production Department.I routinely had group and 1 on 1 meetings with my Product Specialist and technicians. Group meetings are open forum with feedback from each person. I showed my Product Specialist certain aspects of my job so they can get a feel of what I do and perform certain duties when I am gone. I shared my knowledge on setting up spreadsheets to each of my Product Specialist to make things flow smoother in their lab.I've trained the Supervisor team on setting up task list and fixing work orders with SAP problems. Successes included meeting AHU for Avionics.I embraced new products/programs to the Seattle site and have the willingness to improve these actions. I was the back up to my Production Manager for Warranty Claims during the ASW transfer. I was the main contact for the CI transfer.
