At the Vine Advisors, I bring a wealth of professional experience in Commodity Risk Management to the Energy and Agriculture industries as part of our holistic approach to serving clients. I have assisted clients to select and implement 90% of the CTRM platforms in the commodity markets. I have designed industry-leading business processes and internal controls for 80% of Power and Utility companies and 60% of Oil and Gas companies. While my primary role is on the risk advisory side, I also collaborate with a number of industry specialists within this group who compliment my own strengths should the need arise.

I was one of several key industry leaders within Deloitte's national Treasury & Commodity Risk Management advisory practice. I leveraged this experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), extending the Commodity Risk practice into other industries and submarkets, enhancing brand recognition and client trust in PwC’s services.

At Deloitte, I was responsible for building and delivering world-class Treasury & Commodity Risk Management services to the Energy, Agriculture, Consumer Brand, and Manufacturing industries. I led dedicated teams whose sole focus was Commodity Risk Management Consulting, Treasury Risk Management Consulting, and Trading Surveillance Consulting within a client base that consisted of large, publicly traded entities valued $500M to $500B+. I was responsible for cultivating and stewarding the trust of each client, achieving sales and revenue targets, and assuring my team members were 80%-100% utilized above and beyond the firm’s minimum utilization.

At Sanwa Bank, I was responsible for managing a $2BN investment portfolio. Additionally, I contributed additional income to the Bank through proprietary trading in fixed income and foreign currency derivatives. My proprietary trading strategies broadly employed a deep understanding of market fundamentals and technicals. I consistently out-performed firm annual targets by 15-20% and grew net income several fold. My experience at the Bank enabled me to further hone my market knowledge and analytical skills within the fast-paced financial markets environment.
