I am currently a member of our Web Integration Specialist team. Rather than interface directly with our dealership clients, I now interface with vendor partners who provide software integrations to our clients' sites. This most frequently involves conducting high volumes of specialized installations, working with JavaScript and Excel, and maintaining internal documentation.

After graduating college, I left radio to work a technical support role at Dealer.com. This position emphasized constant interaction with our client base, comprised mainly of car dealers, via phone and email - another busy work environment. I spent most of my time troubleshooting various issues, conducting configuration changes, training clients on the use of our platform, and documenting all client interactions thoroughly.I also participated in our mentorship program, acting as the dedicated trainer for one of our new hires over several months as they acclimated to the demands of the role and providing more generalized support for the rest.

I worked the DJ shift from 6-12 in the morning on Saturdays and other shifts as needed. The job was fast-paced and entailed multiple overlapping responsibilities: playing music, reading news and weather, reporting birthdays and obituaries, and interacting with the town. Interaction with listeners mainly manifested as answering phone calls (both on- and off-air), but face-to-face interaction with listeners was involved as well. I also hosted several on-air interviews with students and faculty of local schools.

I did a brief stint as a contracted tutor in college, teaching Data Modeling and Analysis to another student. During this time, I helped the student go from a failing grade to one near the top of the class.

My first taste of professional online communication began with a hobby gig as a composer. I started composing in 2011 and accepted my first paid commission in June 2012. I wrote a few independent albums as well as several other commissioned works, most notably providing the soundtrack for Second Death, a video game by Evan Wagstaff, in 2015.While my passion for music never professionally evolved beyond freelancing, the early experiences I had working remotely with clients turned out to be very valuable.
