Vendor surveillance for the Hess Tubular Bells, William Tubular Bells & Murphy Dalmation projects for Technip USA. Performed inspections of structural components related to a subsea tethering system at customers’ facilities. Components inspected included ballast systems, umbilical reels and hydrotesting, support systems, and subsea clamping systems, PLETs, and PLEM’s, spools and flanges A & R Heads, Pawn Heads and SRUs. Ensured customer specifications and codes were adhered to during entire fabrication process involving kick off meetings, material acquisitions, fit up, welding, NDE, coating with a 3 coat marine system, final inspections, NCR’s and TQ’s, load outs, safety reviews, and data book reviews. Provided customer with daily and weekly reporting of all activities witnessed. Traveled to vendors across Houston area to follow progress of project. Worked to codes including AWS, NACE, ASTM, ASNT.

QA/QC inspector, NDE Inspector and Coordinator, responsibilities included maintaining welding and NDE procedure were followed correctly, monitor fabrication of every stage of welding by 100% VT.
