With a solid foundation from my academic background at Penn State Behrend—earning a degree in Project and Supply Chain Management, with a minor in Management Information Systems—and currently pursuing an MBA with a focus in Management, I bring a blend of strategic insight and hands-on expertise to my work.In my recent role as an MMIS Specialist at Penn Highlands Healthcare, I streamlined the integration of contracts into Infor ERP systems and contributed to inventory management strategies that enhanced operational flow across multiple branches. Prior to that, I participated in Wesco International’s Sales and Operations Development Program, where I implemented a new receiving process for 13 sites, achieving significant cost savings and improving efficiency. Additionally, I collaborated with vendors to ensure successful deal execution.During my internship with Elite Transit Solutions, I worked directly with the CEO on projects that supported the company’s growth from startup to expansion phase, developing negotiation skills and gaining valuable experience in logistics and operations within a 3PL environment.At Penn State Behrend, I was actively involved in leadership as the President of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee and Captain of the Swimming and Diving Team.
