As a professor of tax law and finance science, I was also the general counsel to Commerce Federation of the Pará State and legal advisor for a lot of enterprises association .During the period of the new Brazil Constitution (1988) I was a member of the high level support team to the State of Para delegates in the National Congress in participating of the labor and taxation discussions to write the Constitution Articles about it.In 1989, when the States had to write their new Constitution, I was one of the legal advisers to the general raporteur deputy in Pará State, and contracted to write the draft of Finance and Taxtion Chapter of the Amapá State Fundamental Law.During almost 50 years I am working as an independent lawyer.Specialties: The companies organization; tax and finance law; commercial law; labor and social security law, litigation.
