Provide support for case studies, discussion workshops, and other field activities conducted under the MYFISH 1 and 2 projects. Worked together with Local University faculty, Department of Fisheries Staff, and Community Fisher groups on developing socio-economic and biomonitoring outputs for participating study villages. Assisted in developing aquaculture aeration mechanisms and regimens as part of the AQUADAPT project.

Translated and revised key documents including a law amendment recommendation for the Myanmar Pyidaungsu Hluttaw (Assembly of the Union), developed national park staff training material for the Emer-gency Elephant Response Unit program., and facilitated discussion between key stakeholders for the Dawn-Tenasserim National Tiger Action Plan. Catalogued animal count on camera trap data, managed confidential survey data for Myanmar national park staff, and participated with the Freshwater department’s educational project in treating industrial effluent.

Fostered student involvement within Simon Fraser University’s Faculty of Environment. Helped develop cohesion in the faculty's departmental student unions, promoted outreach for student events, and participated with the student society's accessibility committee.

Participated and learned to effectively apply hands on household data analysis, field resource surveys, GPS coordinate tracking and in the field of villages located within the Inle watershed region of Shan State, Northeastern region of Myanmar.Volunteered as a translator for two Participatory Action Research (PAR) Seminars headed by Doctors Maria Angelica Salas and Herrmann J Tillmann, both of whom being professionals in anthropology. Each week long course covered the concepts of indigenous cultural heritage, agricultural/production sovereignty as well as promotion of harmony and courtesy between villagers and research facilitators for a mutual consensus to be achieved. Performed data entry on preliminary by-election survey data for several townships in the city of Yangon.

Taught novice monks of various ages 4th grade subjects such as English, Mathematics and Science. Curriculum included participatory group learning exercises, Jeopardy style group games as well as displaying physical qualities of objects both with live demonstrations as well as with help by Encarta Encyclopedia videos.
