For more than 20 years, I have been deeply engaging in commercial field at diversified business organizations from MNCs, local conglomerates, to rising start-ups. My skills and competencies have been rooted, developed, sharpened through direct front-end work as a FMCG sales representative since 1999 until I became a commercial director being in charge of multiple channels in the mid of 2000’s. I also have the privilege to work with people from different walks of life, leading teams of a dozen to more than 400 people to achieve business goals. I myself experienced through challenging periods such as leading the formation of the entire modern trade sales team for J&J or pioneering the merging the foods and beverage teams for Masan. Learning by doing was what I benefited from in 2017 for heading the commercial model transition from mass to selective rout-to-market at L’Oreal Vietnam. In the same year, I opened the Ecommerce channel for the company. Experience, insights and best practices are what I bring to my clients in my current consultation, coaching and training services.
