Regular programme monitoring / updating, preparation of action plan reports for review with Project Team.- Overall Management of Design Team to ensure design works are inline with programme and budget.- Monitoring of procurement department and local and overseas production to ensure all works are inline with programme and budget.- Regular Factory visits to ensure production is on target, reviewing factory quality to ensure all completed works are inline with the project quality plan. Review and close monitoring of the production programme and progress to ensure works are inline with the master programme and site demands.- First point of contact for client and consultants at the project level, attend project Senior Management Meetings to review progress, advise of any current and / or foreseeable delays that may impact the project. Highlight any risks on current and future work activities that need to be reviewed.- Managing all change control for the project from design changes to client instructed variations, preparation of cost and time submissions to the client and consultants to ensure all changes are captured and executed as instructed.- Overall Management of the site team, from assisting with preparing installation programmes, resolving installation issues and highlighting critical work areas. - Setting up of the project Quality / Safety Plans and ensure they are implemented, along with regular reviews and site audits to further improve our safety and quality onsite.- Preparation and execution of the Project Close Out Plan, As-built Drawings, Operation and Maintenance Manuals, Project Final Accounts and Project Warranties.
