Project Engineer of Refinery EPC (Engineering-Procurement-Construction) Project:- Review and ensure engineering documents are complied with Project Specification and Engineering Standard:- Check conformity of Refinery Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Material Selection Diagram (MSD), Process & Instrument Diagram (P&ID) drawings;- Review commissioning, start-up, and shutdown procedures; - Perform process HAZARD, HAZOP, Management of Change (MOC) review;
