• Monitor market risk appetite thresholds/limits for trading bonds (2 years of experience), interest rate derivatives (1 year of experience), MM (1 year of experience) using Murex system, and propose solutions in case of violation;• Prepare preriodic market risk reports to ALCO, Risk Committee regarding the Bank's trading portfolio; • Develop and update regulations, processes and guidelines related to market risk management (e.g. Regulation on segregation of Trading Book - Banking Book, MKT risk Management Process), Guidelines for measuring market risk); • Develop and deploy methods and tools to measure and control market risk including methods and models for pricing bond and fx products on the Murex system, and excel and web-based tools for calculating market risk capital according to the standard method and the VaR method; • Participate in Basel 2 implementation projects related to market risk, including Risk Appetite Development project, ICAAP project, Market risk model verification project, and Risk weighted Asset project.

• Executed risk assurance service under guidance and support from Director and Manager of Ernst and Young;• Assisted the team in reviewing bank’s ICAAP against the requirements of Basel Committee on Banking Supervision, reviewing & capturing current state gaps from documents provided by MB working team, interviewing key stakeholders including client’s Board and Senior Management;• Prepared written reports of a high quality and standard and work to timeline;• Provided translation for ICAAP- related documents from Vietnamese to English and vice versa; and interpreted information during the discussion and meetings between EY experts and local counterparties.

• Worked with 11 clients operating in various industries: manufacturing, hotel and project;• Performed analytical review of audit documents, including calculation of depreciation for Client’s fixed assets and Net realizable value of inventory;• Performed client’s document audit, walkthrough process and observation of inventory stock take and other procedures to review client’s internal control;• Identified accounting and auditing issues; had experience of producing more than 10 adjustments for one client’ incorrect recording of journal entry;• Prepared audited statements of financial position and income statement and notes for the financial statements, including receivable and payable tax.
