Hi, my name is Michael and I'm really passionate about improving the welfare of software developers by using the latest research in behavioral health, AI, and HCI. It all started from completing my psychology research thesis on human motivation. That evolved to teaching myself to code in order to build my first AI therapist and continued to the work I do now as founder at Catalyst. The clone talks, listens, and coaches just like the real human coach. And is always accessible with a click of a button. Even though we use some really cool AI tech, the core of what we do is always about people - influencing them and seeing them rise to their best self.
