As Albert Einstein once said, “Logic will take you from A to B but imagination will take you anywhere”. I like working in environments where I collaboratively can push the status quo to higher levels using creativity to enhance the results of deliveries under my scope.Over the last 14 years of my career, I have developed tacit experiences not only in my area of academic training (administration | business management) but also in strategic planning, process design and improvement, transformation of data into insights for decision making, project management, corporate governance, program and project management, stakeholder engagement, amongst others.Some of the products, services and results I have delivered include: The coordination of the strategic plan revision providing a vision from 2024-2030 utilizing the OKR (objectives and key results) methodology. Process mapping and design (including identification of gaps and opportunities for improvement) for corporate support functions such as HSE, HR, Operational Excellence and Procurement where +200 processes were mapped and +100 opportunities for improvement were identified. Governance of executive committees for senior leadership including corporate and operational functions on a global and/or regional scale. Management of qualitative (process indicators) and quantitative (result indicators) performance. Coordination of programs and projects such as: implementation of the management model in Canada, Oman, Malaysia, Mozambique and New Caledonia, ERP transition and implementation.
