Responsible for assisting customers, guiding and clarifying doubts. Contact with court to request information or clarify procedures. Analyzed processes and identified the best strategies to be used, prepared procedural documents, researched doctrines and jurisprudence, followed deadlines and carried out the appropriate manifestations and protocols in the PJE, PROJUDI, EPROC, E-saj systems.The biggest challenge was managing deadlines and the number of processes, but with planning and organization, it was able to assist in the optimization of office processes, through deadline management, implementation of monthly reports and consequent increase in the compliance rate.
