My analytical skills reflect my understanding of the production, planning and client communication, together with the inventory system data, gives me end-to-end view of the production to provide information and recommendation for decision makings in the monthly meetings.Currently Supply Chain in food & beverages manufacturing companies are my focus for seeking opportunities, with focus on healthy food, equity, and flexible hours (possibility of remote or hybrid), and a healthy work-life balance. I also prepared the SOP following the rules and standard regulations for the production. The main production occurred at night shift, so since I would not be physically at the time, I had all the instructions, procedures and schedules well stablished and planned the day before production. I had all production management responsibilities as planning prior to work, keep track of the progress, stocks control, personnel management and Inventory system (ERP software) up to date. In parallel I created detailed schedules and protocols following the standard rules and regulations for a smooth production process.
