This included gathering technical requirements, evaluating suppliers, and coordinating with Headquarters on cybersecurity and data privacy issues.- Establishment of rituals, routines, control tools, and team management practices in Brazil and Chile.- Management of the alignment of corporate culture and values from Headquarters to the Division.- Responsible for the automation of processes and operations in Latin America, in collaboration with technical and operational teams.

Reporting to the Foreign Trade Management, responsible for managing imported equipment for the Cold Mill Complex, an investment of US$ 350 million for the production of a new continuous galvanizing and annealing line at ArcelorMittal Vega in the south of Brazil.• Monitoring of delivery and assembly schedules, in the broad spectrum involved in imports characterized as investment.• Coordination of equipment import processes with intense bureaucratic restrictions due to obtaining multiple benefits (ex-tariff, special customs regimes, ICMS)• Logistical planning and execution of sensitive cargo transportation, with a high degree of technical specificity• Monitoring and reporting of costs, for budgetary control of the project• Planning to maximize financial savings (savings) for the company through the claim and operationalization of tax benefits.• Routine follow-up including KPIs, budget, risks and provisioning of large contracts• Management of multifunctional and multidisciplinary teams located in different regions

• Management of foreign trade processes for large projects (Capex) with the application of special customs regimes and tax benefits• International financial operations (letter of credit specialist), compliance and audits, financial analysis and reporting• Handling of multicultural and multidisciplinary teams from different locations in Brazil and abroad for project management, communication in several languages• Management and analysis of contracts, measurements and payments to national and international suppliers• Responsible for cost estimates of import processes for budgeting and feasibility assessment• Onboarding and mentoring of new employees and interns• Driving automation, digital transformation and innovation projects with the application of digital tools (RPA, automated document generation)• Participation in continuous improvement projects through benchmarking, resulting in synergies and process optimization• Risk and KPI monitoring, corporate presentations for management, general management and board• Team training and creation of manuals on highly complex import processes (logistics, tax and customs) and on bank guarantees for export (Letter of Credit)

Brazil

• Experience in treasury and international banking operations, international payments and guarantees (Letter of Credit specialist)• Credit and risk analysis, experienced in analyzing financial statements and indicators (indebtedness, ROE, average default time)• Management of export processes, shipping documents, logistical follow-up, customs clearance and origin certification• SAP-FI key user. Participation in the implementation of customized SAP solutions (blueprinting, development, testing and implementation), version migrations, integrated test cycles, system improvements and integrations, including Crystal Reports and PWCE• Experience in serving international customers (fluent in English and Spanish)• Participation in claim processes and proof of tax benefits (Reintegra)
