Under the authority of the Head of the Partnerships with Local Authorities Division, and in close collaboration with the other members of the division, I participate in the implementation and monitoring of partnerships between the Institut français and French local authorities, in providing support for the administrative and communication aspects of these support systems for cultural actors.Main activities :- participate in dialogue with local authorities, as well as exchanges with the France’s overseas cultural network and those with project operators and/or beneficiaries;- contribute to the monitoring of the division's systems and support the mission or project managers in the administrative and budgetary monitoring of their actions;- provide organizational and editorial support for the development of information on aselection of projects intended to be highlighted in particular on the various communication media of the Institut français.Transversal activities:- Participate in the interaction between the team of the division and the other divisions and directions of Institut français.
