• Monthly results closing and analysis (Budget vs. Real, etc),• Manage P&L, comparative analysis of results between budgeted versus realized, as well as recommendation and implementation of corrective actions for deviations;• Elaborate executive presentation of the monthly results to the management reports;• Interaction with all areas of the company to assist in financial analysis and guidance according to the established goals (business plan).• Work with internal areas of the Company to understand needs and forecast investments and growth in/of each area;• Financial and strategic support to internal areas of the Company, with definition of KPIs and monitoring real vs budget;• Support in the financial viability analysis of new projects and initiatives;• Communicating to internal heads/directors.

• Control and analysis of all accounting routines of the Fixed Assets Area of the company: • Prepare reconciliations of accounts, prepare trial balance of books, and post journal entries.• Monthly and annual accounting closing routines for consolidation of financial statements.• Review and control of invoices for sales, transfer, and repair of fixed assets.• Control and analysis of ongoing investments, ensuring that all expenses are CAPEX.• Depreciation Projections Reports for decision-making purposes.• Analysis and accounting entries related to annual asset inventories.• Develop and maintain internal controls, as well as compliance with internal and external audits.• Review and improvement of processes with the Project and IT team, seeking performance improvement of the Fixed Assets area with systemic.
