My journey as a project manager began in 2017, when I had my first contact with this type of job. I managed small projects at the beginning, controlling activities from social media, landing pages and publications of promotions on retail sites. Over time and with more experience, I had the opportunity to manage multidisciplinary teams, working on more than one project at a time, always chasing to attend customer expectations. The methodologies used were waterfall and agile, having greater familiarity with the first mentioned. The segments of the projects developed are so many: cosmetics, office supplies, sales of discount coupons, hospitals, banks, real estate, wine sales. Currently my main activity has been to manage professionals hired in the outsourcing model, I have 14 active projects with more than 10 professionals under my management. Working with developers, ux designers, professionals specializing in video and animations. Always valuing communication allied with agility and knowing customer needs.

The beginning of the experience as a young learner, working at the reception of the institution, answering calls and passing on to the responsible salespeople and/or consultants. Identifying each salesperson's customer portfolio, further facilitating the work process of forwarding calls. After years of dedication to work, I start working in the sales team, processing all orders received, for the most diverse types of packaging materials. The way in which orders reached Dimel were the most diverse, making it identify and formulate a strategy for each customer type. I was responsible for including all orders in the CRM system used by the company, controlling delivery times, passing on shipping dates to customers, controlling production deadlines when materials were customized, monitoring the entire life of the order within the production belt and only finalize the control when the transport was completed.
