My relationship with design started accidentally and temporarily. And, to be honest, I can't say it was love at first sight: it was much more of a sudden encounter after thoroughly studying something that, until then, wasn't defining at all. I officially became a “visual communicator”, but at this point I was already looking for other challenges, having the opportunity to realize that design goes far beyond what is beautiful and what is perceived superficially.My work has covered several skills in digital and I have experience in conducting research, writing reports, prototyping, as well as facilitating strategic workshops for clients from different sectors. But my focus has always been on information architecture and interaction design, areas in which I've solidified my knowledge.Currently, I lead a diverse team, made up of both product designers and UX writers, and I've focused my efforts on people management. Learning, feedback and exchange enthusiast, I see design as an extremely powerful tool. But above that, I believe in design that is made not for processes, but for people.
