- Responsible to preparing the Buy on Board budget;- Participant in the elaboration of the budget of the onboard service department;- Responsible to calculating the loading of perishable items on the aircraft for Buy on Board;- Responsible to calculating the loading of non-perishable items based, mainly, on sales history, seasonality, group and flight time.- Responsible to preparing and monitoring the inventory at the bases and training the teams;- Responsible to preparing and disseminating the results of the department to all involved in the process, including Products and Commercial Crew areas;- Responsible for the control of the materials from domestic and international bases to supply the aircrafts, ensuring the fulfillment of all company objectives;- Responsible to coordinate the analysts and assistants team.

- Responsible to coordinate, development and evaluate the analysts, assistants and auxiliaries team of production planning and control;- Leader of the ERP implementation and validation project in the company;- Leader of the SLOB (Slow and Obsolete Inventory) monitoring/action determination project;- Member of the improvement group created to verify costing and apportionment of production and adaptations Block K (Production Control and Inventory Control) of Fiscal Sped;- Coordinator of the annual inventory;- Responsible to evaluate and report the purchase needs of imported raw materials;- Responsible to purchase national packaging and raw materials;- Responsible to evaluate the production plan;- Responsible to coordinating the closing of production orders;- Responsible to evaluating demand and export schedule.

- Responsible for planning the import of raw materials and packaging materials and production and shipping of finished products to the customers;- Direct interface with international suppliers, Headquarters and Group Branches (Italy, Poland and France);- Direct contact with customers, at all levels and functions, for product development, receiving demand and shipping;- Responsible for local development of new packaging suppliers;- Responsible for updating the Oracle system.

- Responsible for closing the monthly production plan according to the company's objective, demand plan, scheduled preventive maintenance and performance history of the production lines;- Responsible for calculating the labor according to the closing of the monthly production plan;- Member of the improvement group created to optimize the production sequencing according to colors, product complexity and packaging materials.

- Responsible for the elaboration, implementation - including training - and monitoring of the inventory process;- Responsible to ensuring the safety, quality and performance of employees, products and the production process;- Responsible to training and evaluating the operational team.

- Responsible for the strategic development of improvements in the supply chain and in the production process;- Responsible for all of the control of materials used - packaging and raw materials - relating, mainly, the objectives of Case Fill and inventory/coverage of materials;- Leader of the improvement group and of the Global project to identify opportunities and assess the criticality of materials (ABC Curve) for development and suppliers evaluation, optimization of lots/freight and lead time and simplification of items.

- Responsible for projects and commercial agreements between customer and inputs suppliers, aiming, among other criteria, to improve production performance, time and price;- Responsible for strengthening the relationship between all of departments of the company, enabling the progress of internal processes;- Responsible for contacting the other manufacturing units to carry out BID's and international saving projects to equate the department in all branches.

- Involvement in continuous improvement projects;- Responsible for systemic updating of materials used in the operation;- Responsible for the elaboration of coverage reports, weekly and monthly, of the materials used in the operation, as well as the follow up of the actions to be taken to optimize inventory with the responsible area;- Responsible for monitoring and analyzing the physical inventory of materials;- Responsible for creating and updating BOM's (Building of Materials), scripts, versions and cost collectors in SAP system.
