I started my career in Novartis as a Patient Advocacy Coordinator, working with Patient Groups from different pathologies like: Multiple Sclerosis, Psoriasis, Dermatology, Diabetes, Cardiology, Eye Diseases, Rare Diseases, Respiratory Diseases, Rheumatic Diseases and others.As Patient Relations Manager, I am responsible for the relationship between the company and the patients / patient associations, guaranteeing the most ethical interaction among the parties and providing proper support for them. Main responsibilities: - Corporate / institutional event coordination, international visits logistics; Sponsorship relation, Adv. Boards, etc.- Coordination of Market Access promotional and institutional materials (from creation to distribution);- Coordination of philanthropy actions and relationship with NGOs, Patient Advocacy Groups and other customers / external partners (analysis and classification of patient groups regarding its influence and integrity level, monitoring of sponsorship projects and grants with NGOs such as disease awareness campaign, capacity training, diagnosis and early detection, patient education, market/medicine access information, and others)- Support to Corporate Communication actions (internal communication, endomarketing, relationship with stakeholders, etc.) - Control and planning of departmental budget, review of corporate spending, purchases / payments and negotiations with suppliers;- Control of benefits, vacation, performance evaluation and other matters related to the team (HR).- Direct support to the Market Access director, internal and external managers. Schedules, department organization, travel arrangements, presentations (PPT, etc.);In my career at Bristol-Myers Squibb, I also had the chance to work as Executive Assistant in departments like: General Management, Sales, Marketing and Business Excellence.
