Along the last 20 years I have worked for multinational companies and as a consultant. In the fashion industry I have worked for multinational companies such as Nike, Zara and Hugo Boss and also for a Brazilian brand-named VR Menswear, leading merchandising, design and product development areas always with a close look to the consumer behaviour and needs. As a consultant I lead branding projects for different industries, building brand strategies aligned with business strategy, focused on building and creating brand concepts that fits the brand´s delivery possibilities for products, services and so on.Besides aligning brand and business strategy, I also use branding as a tool for business organizational transformation, spreading values and brand proposition through brand culture. Some projects: Tip Top, Hortifruti/ Natural da Terra, Padaria Brasileira, ampm, GRSA| Compass, Engefood, Grupo Boa Mesa, Cinesystem, Galunion, SPM Holding, among others. Planning, creativity, communication and human approach are the most important skills I have. I like team work very much and also to help people develop their potential.
