I graduated in Architecture and Urbanism in 2016. In my first job opportunities, I worked with great Interior Designers in São Paulo and a multinational construction company, where I developed my skills in teamwork, project management, and a critical vision of our client’s requests. Working with teams and being able to support them achieve great results has become my passion. After traveling, living abroad, experiencing different cultures, and venturing into the tech field, I put all my skills to use and focused on Project Management and team leadership.I creatively led a team of 3D generalists, combining all the aspects of work I already knew. Seeing the project through, understanding the product and client's needs, art directing, writing, and reviewing content and designs, while creating a creative, collaborative, and supportive environment for all team members. My passion for team building goes beyond professional adventure. In my experience volunteering, I used to hold cultural events and festivals in São Paulo and had a crew of volunteers helping me manage the almost 2k people who came to have fun each time.Now based in Lisbon, I created a Portuguese language class for foreigners and am part of a Taiko class and performance group. It's amazing to be able to work alongside talented creatives, and my goal is to keep doing this, creating community and motivating teams everywhere I go :)
