Rolling out the automation test framework across the business, we reduced monthly test execution efforts from 5 days to minutes. Included was the design of an NFT strategy and plan to support transition, working with key technical and business stakeholders to develop the strategy and secure steering committee approval. I constructred a telemetry dashboard that presented self-service benefits for teams in understanding current state and identifying continuous improvement opportunities. -
