I strive to help build, strengthen, and maintain the diversity and culture of an employer. As a first-generation student, I understand the value of hard work and resilience. I am keen on detail and organization, adaptable, and enjoy working as a team. I value independence, which allows me to be reliable and trustworthy; however, my concern for others and their well-being balance my work ethic. With these qualities, my goal is to lead and teach through empathy and objective analysis. I wear many hats as I pick up on new tasks and find that teaching others along the way not only strengthens my personal skills but expands team morale and strengthens the overall community as well.
