What Most people don't know about me that I came to Dubai 18 years ago with minimal experience to work for a reputed multinational consulting firm. I felt vulnerable and judged by others. As a young leader, I struggled with self-confidence while trying to motivate my team. I often put others before myself. Although I achieved professional success, my personal life suffered due to an improper work-life balance.That’s when I decided I was done living a life of lies, where for me to succeed I must give up who I am to achieve what I want.
