• Lead and coordinate a team of 15 people to ensure production line is running at optimum parameter to meet quality and quantity requirements for the gloves produced. • Provide technical assistance and training to supervisors and line boys on standard operation procedure (SOP). • Analyze production lines periodically and perform troubleshooting whenever required. • Analyze daily reports and feedbacks from QA and QC department to propose and implement corrective and preventive actions. • Plan, implement and manage process downtime schedule and preventive maintenance programs and to coordinate with maintenance personnel to maximize resources utilization. • Improved cost of chemical (CPC) by 5% through design modification at production line. • Actively participate and contribute to the management during new product validation process. • Manage and coordinate with supervisors to have sufficient workforce to ensure smooth running of production. • Monitor and analyze downtime by each production lines as well as declare to HQ team. • Internal auditor for Quality Management System Internal Audit for FY2023 (ISO 9001 & ISO 13485)

Varna Run is a color run with a theme of holi. The most challenging part of this event was getting in participants and being stable financially. University of Malaya has a system for cashing in and out for all projects to ensure transparency. Struggled in the beginning of all those new procedures, but tried to make friends with the clerk incharge and they helped me alot throughout the process which made it so much easy for me. - Incharge of the cash in and out of the account- Make sure the values tally- Prepared final financial report- Helped the director in supervising the sponsorship department

BOLD stands for Blood Organ Life Donation. We had blood donation drive, organ donation drive, dental checkups and health screenings. - Prepared all sorts of letters to be sent to potential companies for sponsorships via emails- Prepared invitation letters for organisations to be present on the day via emails- Prepared crew's timetable for the day, so they can take shifts and its more systematic- Compiled and completed the final report of this project

Kalam's Project is named after the great A.P.J Abdul Kalam. It is a community volunteering project where we executed it for primary school students especially those in rural areas. We carried our several talks (dressing etiquettes, table etiquettes, an overview on secondary school life), experiments and station games to keep the students engaged. - Discussed with the school management on how the project shall be executed - Contacted the bus driver for transportation of crews- Made sure everything went on flow during the day
