* Working in Inel Gas Controls Pvt Ltd. as a QA/QC Engineer handling third party inspection, generation of different reports as per ISO as well as client requirements in project specifications and QAP.* Maintaining all the departmental documents as per ISO 9001 : 2015 requirement and help in internal audit & External Audit as a ISO co-ordinator. * Check gas Skid are assembled as per approved P&ID & GAD drawing as well as it's operations are as per Factory Acceptance Test.* Check, verify and confirm that during pipe spools and Gas filters and it's parts are as per requirement and approved drawing.* perform and verify hydro testing of pipe spools and filter shell. * Check and verify all the Documents like MTC, COC and it's supporting documents are as per approved drawing, data sheet, BOM.* Tacking care of calibration of all the instruments are used in Incoming, Inprocess and final inspection.* Visual as well as dimension inspection of bought items like all kind of Pipes, fittings, Ball Valve, Swing Check Valve, Globe valve, pressure reducing Valve, pressure safety valve, creep relief valve, SS tubes and tube fittings, Fasteners, Gasket, Base frame, Canopy and many more miscellaneous items.* perform inspection visit to supplier to check and verify in process as well as final inspection to improve in Quality product.* Performing visual as well as PT inspection of weld joints to reduce welding defect.* Communication with client as well as PMC for to better understanding their requirement in pertcular order execution.* By giving best quality in desire time period is my motto as a QA/QC ENGINEER.
