 Team Leadership• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the P2P team, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.• Assign tasks, manage workloads, and monitor performance metrics (KPIs and SLAs).• Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge and address performance issues. Process Oversight and Improvement• Ensure the end-to-end P2P process runs smoothly, from procurement requests to supplier payments.• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as automation or streamlining workflows.• Optimize workflows to enhance productivity and reduce processing times. Vendor and Stakeholder Management• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors, resolving disputes and ensuring timely payments.• Collaborate with GTE, Controlling, SOX and other cross-functional teams to align processes. Reporting and Analysis• Generate and analyze reports on P2P performance, such as FPY, TAT,POT cost savings etc.• Present insights to management and recommend strategic improvements. Compliance and Risk Management• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and regulatory requirements.• Regularly review and audit processes to identify and mitigate risks. Technology and Automation• Leverage technology and tools to streamline processes, manage data, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.• Drive efficiency through the adoption of AI-powered tools and automation technologies in invoice processing, approvals and reporting.• Collaborate with IT and finance teams to integrate and enhance ERP systems.• Leverage AI and machine learning to develop predictive models for cost analysis and fraud detection. Project Management• Lead and manage P2P transformation and efficiency projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.• Track project outcomes, including cost savings, operational improvements, and enhanced compliance.
