I worked as a trainee teacher and was teaching two adult groups (beginner levels). I was part of an special program to help a course designer better understand the teacher and students needs, offering input and studying about different ways of teaching. I also had tasks to complete, like observing other teachers, writing reports, applying entry tests to all ages. The position required great organization skills, since it involved lesson planning, using the school's system to grade students and input their attendance to class.

Teaching English using the school's method, which is focused in talking first. Classes include adults, teens, and pre-teens.

Initially I started to create social media posts for our clients (mainly Instagram) and that rapidly evolved to strategic planning of multiple client's schedules and creative problem solving. I visited clients to understand their business better and see it through new eyes, as I took pictures and recorded videos to use later. I was part of meetings with our biggest client (100k followers on Instagram) where I took the responsibility of innovating and creating their social media campaigns. I was later brought on to do copywriting, marketing emails, and writing landing pages. Getting familiar with the cycle of obtaining a Lead and turning them into a client. Multiple times I was challenged to present something new and creative to a client, in a very short notice, and me and a selected team were able deliver in all those instances. For example, we created the client's most watched and engaged Instagram Reels (and it features my voice).

I was hired to work directly with a client, Bancoob (The biggest cooperative bank in Brazil). As a Communications Specialist I was responsible for writing press releases, Email Marketing, Social Media posts. Brainstorming new ad campaigns and creating them was also part of my responsibilities.Another import duty was to check every post made on the official intranet Sicoob website, finding any mistakes and correcting them.The biggest project here was to create an extensive guide for the bank's credit card that would reach any client with questions about their Sicoobcard, including all benefits from Mastercard and Visa.

An internship at the state's culture department. As a communication assistant, I managed the flow of information in the designated sector, I also took care of the social media (writing and coordinating art) and wrote press releases for the main website.
