Work within Director’s Suite of UTSW Cancer Care Outpatient Building to analyze, evaluate, and assist in updates to program operations and procedures. Manage three direct reports in administrative group.Administrative assistance to Associate Vice President including, but not limited to, calendar and travel management, preparing correspondence, overseeing time off requests for direct reports, and submitting expense reports.Provide assistance to 11 D-level executives, as needed.Manage multiple complex calendars.Monthly reconciliation of expenditures.Plan and coordinate special events for department, as well entire Cancer Center.Create interview itineraries and travel for executive recruitment.Assist in onboarding executives.Develop and maintain working relationships with internal/external departments/agencies associated with and/or receiving benefit from program.Participate in conferences. Present data and program information.Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
