Major Responsibilities/Accountabilities:• Drive and manage the CHCG multicultural marketing strategy and planning process, with a focus on optimizing and accelerating multicultural activation across all relevant CHCG brands• Lead the development and maintenance of CHCG’s portfolio multicultural strategy and roadmap, grounded in consumer & commercial insights and analytics, integrating learnings into Strategic Brand Reviews (SBRs) and operating plans• Drive key multicultural planning… Show more Major Responsibilities/Accountabilities:• Drive and manage the CHCG multicultural marketing strategy and planning process, with a focus on optimizing and accelerating multicultural activation across all relevant CHCG brands• Lead the development and maintenance of CHCG’s portfolio multicultural strategy and roadmap, grounded in consumer & commercial insights and analytics, integrating learnings into Strategic Brand Reviews (SBRs) and operating plans• Drive key multicultural planning work streams including: ingenuity sessions, strategic and annual planning, cross-agency briefings and brainstorming• Manage the framework for the development and communication of both portfolio and individual brand multicultural strategies• Lead Multicultural opportunity identification including partnering with Brand VPs, DMDs, Sales Operations and other key stakeholders to create and sell compelling business cases which justify increasing investments behind the multicultural agenda• Oversee development, execution and evolution of key multicultural programs• Work closely with the Multicultural Marketing Managers, the Brand Teams, the Field Marketing and Sales Teams to develop multicultural programming that supports individual brand strategies• Manage all activation of in-culture and in-language programs• Manage all multicultural agency resources and other support functions• Identify resource needs (e.g. BTL, creative strategy, digital, etc.) evaluate and enlist the right agencies, manage the day-to-day work, and oversee the CHCG, relationship with all partners• Manage relationships and agendas with key partner support function• Track and communicate key competitive activities and learnings• Lead the multicultural dialogue at CHCG and keep multicultural opportunities top-of-mind with all key stakeholders• Conduct internal outreach (e.g. training, immersions, happy hours, workshops, etc.) to embed the multicultural opportunity into the CHCG culture.
