I recently graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida International University with a bachelor’s degree in organizational communication and a double minor in psychology and social media & e-marketing. I am enthusiastic about applying my acquired skills to the workforce.On a personal note, I returned to school with the goal of improving my life and that of my family by securing a stable career. I broadened my horizons by taking on new challenges and learning new skills. I feel a great sense of fulfillment when I work hard and see the results of my efforts. I am diligent in my work and find it gratifying to be creative, fully present, and engaged.On a professional note, my academic work has been enriching and has provided me with valuable skills that I can apply in a professional setting. Of these skills, a few notable ones are as follows: •Mastered the art of crisis management in public relations.•Learned techniques to promote a positive work atmosphere and foster a better workplace culture.•Gained experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies that are informed by comprehensive research and analysis.•Experience designing websites using Wix and Adobe Acrobat as well as creating logos and generating AI images using Canvas.•Collaborating with colleagues in a team environment has honed my ability to work effectively in group settings as well as collectively execute successful market initiatives and campaigns.•Proficient in managing various social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.•Expert at building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while cultivating new connections with potential customers.•Strategic communication skills to drive sales and close deals. I am eager to take the skills I learned personally and professionally and apply them to the corporate world. While at FIU, I developed a keen interest in business analytics courses. Learning how to use Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, and Tableau was one of the most enriching experiences of my academic career. I’m excited to find an entry-level position where I can continue to learn and grow while contributing to the company’s success.
