Works with the Engineering and Product teams to determine acceptance criteria in new features. Writes and executes test cases to exercise all aspects of a story. Writes automated tests to provide test coverage after feature completion. Supports multiple software development teams at once to ensure all releases go smoothly.

The Technology Ambassador works with the product and technology team to assist in training and educating clients and employees on technology updates and new features.This person also works alongside the Onboarding Team to assist in technology setup and also manages a Data Validation team to ensure data integrity.This ambassador and the team will be doing Quality Assurance to improve user interface and test product functionality.
