You set your goals, I help you achieve them. £1400 Facilitation - Online or In person, I provide engaging, interactive, enjoyable events, strategy development, meetings, team building and conferences that achieve your objectives.Why work with me?The Climate and Ecological Emergency frightens me. I have worked for years to do what I can to avert it. I know how it feels to work in the Sustainability/ Environmental sector and feel anger and frustration that not only is the task enormous, but the practicalities are overwhelming too. Colleagues don’t pull their weight, projects all seem to come at once, funds don’t come in or have to be spent in unrealistic timescales. Senior management don’t give support or listen to reason. I trained as a professional coach specifically to be able to support the hardworking, sometimes undervalued people in sustainability to be able to think clearly, gain perspective, rediscover their joy and increase their impact. I’ve found coaching invaluable in getting me over blind spots, in rescuing me from feelings of inadequacy, in unlocking new ways of acting and thinking and I want you to be empowered too.
