As a Tech Sourcer for Latin America, my responsibility is to attract and engage highly skilled professionals to work remotely for companies based in North America. I keep a dynamic candidate pipeline by maintaining regular communication and building long-term relationships using our ATS and other communication tools.Additionally, I participate in initiatives aimed at improving overall business processes, focusing on areas like enhancing the candidate experience and strengthening employer branding.
