Develop and implement a comprehensive cyber security program to protect our logistics and software systems from cyber threats that includes policies, procedures, and controls. Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability assessments to identify potential security weaknesses and threats. Implement and manage security controls to protect against threats, including firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention systems, access controls, and security incident and event management (SIEM) systems. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Establish incident response plans and lead incident response activities in the event of a security breach or incident. Develop and deliver regular security awareness training for employees to promote a culture of security and ensure compliance with security policies and procedures. Develop and manage the information security budget and report on key performance indicators to senior management and the board of directors. Manage relationships with external security partners, such as managed security service providers and external auditors. Stay up to date with the latest developments in the cyber security industry and proactively identify and implement new security measures to mitigate emerging threats.

Perform both routine and advanced desktop, laptop, server, information and software support, and network management daily. Administer over 175 users, 40 groups, user permissions, remote access, email, and backups. Manage organizational business IT projects and provide detailed reports to company executives. Day-to-day IT operations also include operations, planning, researching, and executing current IT projects while monitoring and performing routine maintenance on both physical and virtual infrastructures. Install security measures and operate software to protect systems and information infrastructure, including firewalls and data encryption programs.

Install and integrate new server hardware and applications. Support and administer third-party applications. Ensure network security and connectivity. Monitor network performance (availability, utilization, throughput, and latency) and test for weaknesses. Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords. Resolve problems reported by end user. Define network policies and procedures. Research and make recommendations on server system administration. Continuously updating the company’s incident response and disaster recovery plans. Verifying the security of third-party vendors and collaborating with them to meet security requirements.

Assisted FormFox's external clients in the implementation of technical systems, software, hardware or solutions. Evaluated client needs, developed configurations that support business processes.
