Goals:- Support hosting customer with quality- Develop internal tools to support team to sell more- Be an Wordpress focal point for whole Brazil- Create web articles (FAQ) for the customers based on the most common problems Challenges:- To increase sales, i had to develop a randomic tool to create referral links for the team, based on a gamification system- Due to pandemic, the volume of customers increased over 200%, so i was responsible to train the team to fix the most common wordpress problems, which represented 62% of our problems- Thinking to accelerate the process, i get these problems and turned them on FAQ, so the customer can see the solution directly from faq without asking support, reducing the daily overload.Technologies:Excel | Looker Studio | Wordpress | PHP | Mysql | JS | HTML | CSS
