I started my professional life with 18 years old as a server in a restaurant in Sao Paulo, Brazil. With 1 year experience on this field I got into the airline industry, where I started as an Airport Agent; Sales and Ticketing Agent; Airport and Safety Operations.After a period working in this field of aviation, I applied and joined the Flight Attendant Team where I worked for 6 years and I developed a lot of skills such as: - Excellent verbal communication;- The ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure;- Problem/Solving;- Customer Service / Guest Experience Maker;- Food Safety / Hand-eye coordination;Later then I got a job opportunity in a hotel franchise in United States, which I worked for 2 years long. The hotel was located in the business/leisure area in Central Florida, next to the theme parks and with a lot of commerce and restaurants nearby. On this field working as a Front Desk Agent, I could improve my previous skills and learn new languages such as Spanish and French, being advanced and intermediate respectively. This development was essential in my personal and professional life, becoming a 4 languages speaker (Portuguese, English, Spanish, French). Therefore I have had opportunities to work alongside the hotel management on the following duties: Weekly auditing financial; Supervising the front desk team; Supervising the housekeeping staff; Room division and Coordinating Operations for Groups.
